A full time REALTOR® with Century 21 Community, Alexia serves clients throughout Mid Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks, including Columbia, Jefferson City, Fulton, Ashland, Hallsville, Boonville, Sedalia, California, Marshall, Mexico, Moberly, Camdenton, Osage Beach, Laurie, Sunrise Beach, Eldon, Warsaw, and surrounding communities.

Whether you are purchasing your first home, relocating to Missouri, searching for a lake property, building new construction, investing, moving into the luxury market, or preparing to sell, Alexia brings a hands on and highly communicative approach to every transaction.

Alexia earned her degree in Business Marketing from the University of Missouri, with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Before transitioning into real estate full time, she spent more than seven years as a senior paralegal. That experience shaped the detail oriented approach she brings to contracts, deadlines, negotiations, and the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction. She is also a Missouri Notary and Remote Online Notary.

Her business serves buyers and sellers across a wide range of real estate needs, including residential homes, luxury properties, Lake of the Ozarks homes, new construction, acreage, investment properties, and military and corporate relocations.

For sellers, Alexia combines strategic pricing with professional photography, video, social media, digital marketing, and strong negotiation to position each property for the current market. She believes every home has a story, and its marketing should showcase what makes it special while reaching the right buyers.

For buyers, Alexia focuses on education and advocacy from the first showing through the closing table. She helps clients understand each step while navigating offers, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, financing, and everything in between.

Relocation is another area especially close to her business. Alexia enjoys helping clients moving to Missouri understand not only the homes available, but also the communities, commute times, local resources, and lifestyle that come with them. She understands that relocating, especially for military families and those moving from out of state, is about much more than choosing an address.

Originally from Sedalia, Alexia has called Columbia home for more than a decade. Her Mid Missouri roots and growing presence throughout the Lake of the Ozarks allow her to provide local knowledge across Central Missouri while maintaining the personal connection at the heart of her business.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find Alexia at Pilates, spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks, traveling, cheering on Mizzou and the Chiefs, spending time with friends and family, or hanging out with her two Goldendoodles, Brooks and Ryder.
